功能說明
- 用戶備份即 MySQL 自建庫的全量備份數據，您可以將用戶備份恢復至云上。更多信息，請參見自建 MySQL 5.7 數據庫全量上云。
- 通過 CreateDBInstance 接口創建 RDS MySQL 備份上云實例時，可調用此接口查詢用戶備份 ID。
- 您可以調用 ImportUserBackupFile 接口將用戶備份導入 RDS。
